Incidentally, am I the only one who has (so far as I know) never heard “Baby, it’s cold out”? I mean, I get the general impression of what it’s about from threads like this, but I couldn’t tell you anything more than that.
C’mon, let’s give the song’s composer a break. They had to use terms like “Let it snow” and “as long as you love me so” and “but if you really hold me tight” because terms like “cisgender” and “heteronormativity” and “transgressive sexuality” are HELL to work into a rhyme scheme!
