What credentials, if any, are required to buy, say, 12 ounces of mercury?
And on a related note, how much exposure is needed before mercury poisoning has any noticeable effects? How long does it take to soak into the skin?
IIRC Mercury causes nerve damage in very small amounts. I’d recommend not touching it at all.
