Bwahahahaha! Spammer ordered to pay $11.2 BILLION!

It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

It seems unlikely that Kramer will ever collect this huge sum, but hopefully it will at least put McCalla out of business, and hopefully even bankrupt the fucker.

Ahh, justice. One down, ?,??? to go.

Of course, merely being annoying on the net is now illegal.

Oh that is GREAT !!!

I’m just hoping that shithead McCalla can’t just fold up his “business” move across the street and start up a brand new shit spam “service”.

I love because it so… just.

I mean if a judge had said “I hate spammers. Make it $11.2 BILLION!” I would have had mixed feelings. I like the fact that it’s such a modest judgement.

“…And all it will cost you is ten dollars eaches.”

Every now and then I’m truly joyous. This is one of them.

Well, if we can’t tar and feather them, then this will have to suffice.

I expect emails any day now telling me I’m entitled to collect a share of this judgement and all I need to do is send a small legal fee.

That’s pretty cynical. According to the ruling, the award money has already been set up to be awarded. The only hitch is that it’s in a trust fund in Nigeria…

What’s the opposite of a miscarriage of justice? A piece of justice so flawlessly perfect that it transcends justice itself. I think we’re going to need a word for it.

Immaculate conception of justice?

Justice has been delivered, photographed beautifully for the album, slept through the night from the very first day, potty trained as soon as she could sit up, cut all of her teeth without so much as a peep, put herself through school with savings from summer jobs she started at age nine ( which never interfered with her chores at all,) went into business for herself at eighteen, moved out the same year, graced the cover of Fortune the next, and made an IPO at twenty which bought her parents a nice place in the Hamptons for their early retirement.

There isn’t a single word for it in English, but ask a German – he’ll be able to help you out.

Spammenstoppenvittensheiten.

Not only was he fined but he was “prohibited from accessing the Internet for a period of three years”. I wonder what the penalities are if he violates this?

What’s that funny tingle I feel?

I believe … I believe that’s the feeling of
justice.

Ooooh. I got a shiver.

It could be the bird flu.

[Black Knight] It’s just a flesh wound! [/BK]

"Bwahahahaha! Spammer ordered to pay $11.2 BILLION!"

And in protest, the spammer decides to pay his fine in pennies.
