Well, technically someone in California is attacking my computer on a semi-regular basis. I used net tools and traced the IP to a company in Studio City, California. What is my next step? Call the company or just go to my ISP? Both?
Report this to the ISP this IP is connected with. Being on good relations with your ISP admins is a plus. You do have their e-mails, right?
