Calories in a whole skinless chicken?

I’ve found plenty of great online calorie-count charts, but there is one crucial bit of info that I just cannot find: how many calories are there in one medium-sized whole skinless chicken? I tried adding up breasts, backs, legs and so forth but realised that I’m not sure if they mean the entire chest from one chicken by “one breast” or just half a chest, I’m not sure of the exact relationship between a chicken leg, thigh and drumstick, and so forth.

Does anyone here have the answer?

I don’t know if the link will work, but according to this
a whole 1lbs chicken roasted (meat only, meaning no skin and no giblets, just light and dark) is 286 Cal. That doesn’t seem like a whole lot, but also 1lbs is a pretty tiny chicken if you ask me. You can find other cooking/meat configurations on that site but it’s pretty heavy on ads.

I guess I’ll have to get a whole chicken, take the skin off and the bones out and weigh the meat.

Err, now reading the site again it mentions “yield from 1lbs chicken”, so I guess you weigh it before taking things out.

So that means a 1 pound chicken, including bones? That’s a really really small chicken, isn’t it?
