Any idea how many calories there are in a bottle of Pepto Bismol?
It should be virtually calorie-free. It’s sweetened with saccharin sodium and sucralose (aka Splenda), and the other ingredients don’t seem to have much nutritional value (if any).
Quite a few if you drink enough.
Actually, if you’re using it often enough to have to worry about the calories, you should probably see a doctor about your reflux.
