Can Any PA Lawyers Answer This Asset Forfeiture Hypothetical?

First, I’m not asking for legal advice. This is a hypothetical question that came up in conversation today.

If you have a passenger in your car in possession of marijuana (the marijuana is on the passenger, not stashed in your car’s glovebox) and you’re stopped and the marijuana is found, can your vehicle be forfeit? What about if the marijuana was actually stashed in the glovebox by the passenger with or without your knowledge?

Note that there is only a personal-use amount, not an amount that would indicate dealing.

Anyone?

ETA: As the title indicates, this would be in Pennsylvania.
