I do not know if the law considers a theater to be a “public place” since it is private property and admittance is controlled by the owner.

We have open air free plays and shows on public parks.
Like I sai- the law specifically exempts plays, film, etc.
That is my point- someone gets ahold of some safety law or rule, and posts it- not knowing that the law or rule has specific exclusions plays and films, etc.
