There’s something fishy going on with some hotel reservations I recently made, but before I get too suspicious/righteously indignant and start raising hell I want to find out whether anyone else can connect to either of these sites:

If anyone can connect to the bigapplehotels.com site, would you please see if you can find a customer service phone number? I already have the hotel’s phone number.

They both load fine for me. I couldn’t find a contact phone number for bigapplehotels.com listed on their site, but they do have an email address: info@bigapplehotels.com.

First site loaded fine, checking the second one for you now. Nope, no luck on bigapplehotels.com, sorry. Anything i can look up for you on the first link?

Thanks, everyone – both sites work for me now, too. My co-worker couldn’t get to them, and neither could my boyfriend (across town), so I was starting to wonder!

I think I’ve gotten the info that I need, but I’m making a note of that 800 number, Contrapuntal.
