Can anyone help me translate "Happy Birthday" into Russian?

Well, my Russian co-worker (actually Belarus) is having a birthday tomorrow. I’m making the cake, and was thinking it would be neat to spell out “Happy Birthday” in his native tongue…

…except I have no flippin’ idea how to spell it in the Cyrillic alphabet. Asking him is, obviously, right out.

I know Belarus has its own dialect seperate from Russian proper, but close enough is close enough, I think, for this purpose.

Can anyone post the correct spelling for the Russian translation of “happy birthday”? If so, blessings and pie* will be yours.

Thanks all,
-TWMD

*Pie offer not valid outside the upstate NY area. Have you ever tried to ship pie? It travels poorly.

Here goes.
