All are great drugs. I take the occasional aspirin or anti-inflammatory when I have a sports injury, but only if I need to be somewhere where I can’t use the weed to treat it.

I can raise my virtual hand. No recreational drugs (just 100% not interested). No coffee, no caffeine, no refined sugars or artificial sweeteners. No meds, not even headache tablets or painkillers - never seem to need them, don’t even keep them in the house.
I just want to add that I don’t see any of this as a virtuous claim, or that I think ‘my way’ is better than anyone else’s. I don’t. Whatever works for you, works for you. I seem happy enough with the way things are and don’t seem to feel any need to change. I like to lead a pretty stress-free life, and to get really good sleep, and to enjoy exercising and having plenty of energy, and my way seems to work for me. YMMV.
I feel fantastic, most of the time, as I eat pretty healthily. I have a cold right now (which is a pretty rare occurrence for me), and have taken an OTC remedy for the last two nights to enable me to breathe, so I could sleep.
I drink tea daily, and may have an acetaminophen or two once every couple of months for a headache. Oh, and I have allergies to animals (mostly) so if I know I’m going to be around them, I’ll take a pill for it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
Jeez I forgot to mention, I do drink occasionally as well, but usually only when we’ve got company or are at a party.
I’m at work, but I’m secretly all whacked out on coffee, diet coke and decongestants. The colors, man! The colors!
Well, I am pregnant right now so I am much more drug free than usual. Other than my vitamin, I don’t take anything. Early on I took a few Tylenol and Tums. I guess occasional caffeine, but that is mostly cut out too. But I would say for the last 6 months or so I qualify, and during my first pregnancy as well.
Come delivery time though, all bets are off
I went for twenty years without any drugs at all ever.
But now I have a quarter aspirin a day as recommended for your heart.
And a glass of champagne on New Year’s Eve, that I never finish.
Well, that coke does fuck you up. I havent* had the diet kind, although my understanding was that regular coke was a strong enough diet drug in the first place. You must be wafer-thin!
*I cant type apostrophes anymore. It pops up a “Quick Search” thing. WTF?
No prescriptions, no caffeine, no recreational drugs. Never have. I have to be near death to take a Tylenol.
I have been on antibiotics and pain killers a few times, of course, but these were exceptional circumstances.
ETA: Alcohol is pretty much gone since we got kids. I probably have about a drink per month, unless exceptional circumstances apply (family visiting)
I think I can raise my hand here. I’m not on any medications, don’t drink coffee or soda, rarely have alcohol or tea, and don’t smoke or do any recreational drugs. I find that rather depresing, since with a list like that you’d think I was in better physical shape than I am. But I’m working on that.
I drink a lot of coffee, I take the odd Paracetamol when I have a headache.
In the summer I use an OTC nasal spray, Beconase, without it I would be miserable until winter hits.
No alcohol, smoking, prescription or recreational drugs.
Sweet, sweet Beconase - how I love thee!
