And it shows the monument in the Soviet war cementary in (East) Berlin.

And, transliterated into the Latin alphabet, it reads: POBEDA NAD FASHISTSKOI GERMANIEI

And, I used to buy these in cellophane wrappers from the Bank for Foreign Trade in Moscow? I think. They cost either $1 or $1.50 and shipping was free. This was 1969.
