And if the FBI had investigated the Ford allegations they would have talked to Kavanaugh’s classmates at Yale and found that he’d assaulted other women, and that his roommate thought that he was the type of person who would attack women.
Which is why Republicans, knowing about the Yale attacks, refused to allow the FBI to investigate, hmmmm?
Who again is prejudging? You said “found that he’d assaulted other women.” Did you mean to say that someone else came forward at this late hour and made yet another uncorroborated allegation?
Further, this proves my point that an FBI investigation is not needed. The media and the Dems are out there trying to dig up anything against Kavanaugh.
And again, I haven’t seen anything about it, but if she is a conservative Republican who would otherwise support Kavanaugh but for her allegation, I’ll pay $100 to the charity of your choosing.
I don’t want o make a big deal about this so I’m going to assume this is just an honest mistake…
Greaseball is a fairly well known slur against Italians. I would urge you to avoid calling an Italian-American a greaseball. Seriously no good can come of that.
I’m just giving you a heads up. You are free to take or leave this advice as you so choose.
Actually, Avenatti is saying MULTIPLE people have come forward, that he has “significant evidence” that both Kavanaugh and Judge, with others, participated in MULTIPLE parties where women who were intoxicated were subject to a “train” of men who gang raped them. He is also saying there are MULTIPLE witnesses who will corroborate this. It has already been posted but since it appears you missed it you can read the tweet with the email embedded HERE.
Actually, I would think you would be calling for a thorough FBI investigation into the charges Avenatti is making because if they prove false, Kavanaugh would get confirmed AND the “greaseball” Avenatti would have his career and credibility completely destroyed.
The fact you and so many others are adamant in opposing any investigation makes me wonder if deep down you suspect there is truth to the allegations. If true, that would be very telling indeed.
After some quick googling, you are absolutely right. I did not mean any offense by using such a term, and I honestly did not know that it had any racial connotations. My apologies.
I’ll be sure to set my alarm for the morning news shows. Should really be interesting. No matter what you think of him, I’m sure that Avenatti will be on every single TV station tomorrow morning. And the thing is–you can’t shut him up.
Unless the hand of Jesus Christ descends and the waters of the Potomic part, I think Kavanaugh is toast.
At the end of the day, if, during a high-profile job interview, someone accuses me of sexual assault or attempted rape, I’d be the first person demanding the police investigate, knowing full well I’ve done nothing wrong. If the burden of proof is on the accuser, and I have nothing to hide, I’d be *begging *the investigators to find the proof, especially if the accuser said the assault happened over three decades ago. “Clear my name, coppers! I’m clean!”
But “Hey, come on now, we don’t need to get the police involved, right?” is something a guilty person says.
Whether or not Kav goes down tomorrow or later this week or never, this is terrible, terrible optics for the Republican Party going into the midterms and 2020, for which I say, Good.
