McCain voted no on the health care thing when he voted yes on cloture. So it’s still possible two of the three Flake/Collins/Manchin could vote no. But I’m not counting on it. The party of sexual assault will probably win this round.

If she was going to make up a story for the purposes of bringing down Kavanaugh, why would she make up such a bad story with so many holes and include so many people who could discredit it–especially his best friend! All Mark Judge has to do is make up some lie about how he remembers the party and Ford was pissed she wasn’t invited so she started making up rumors. He could instantly and easily totally discredit her story. There are much better fake stories she could come up with that would be much harder to discredit if that was her intent.
