For quite a while, wot? It sounds vaguely like she’s not establishing Kav’s qualifications, but trying to establish her OWN qualifications as neutral and nonpartisan, hence her eventual “no” will be for good solid non-party-line reasons.

I agree she is a “yes”. She is building her case for why Kavanaugh is ok and expressing that she believes he will not overturn Roe v. Wade.
