Suppose I have a internet domain but no webhosting, not even a “parked” host. Is it possible to have email forwarding anyway?
The mail-server for a domain is kept in a seperate record in the name records, so this is possible. You still need to set set up the records in an official name server and you’d need a recieving mail server somewhere if you want to forward your mail to other addresses though. There are ISPs that can set you up with an “email only” account that you can use as a stand-alone mail server or for forwarding.
