Can I "download" Windows XP Service Pack 1?

Instead of doing windows updates and the such, can a person download a single file or something and burn it to CD that contains XP SP1?

Well, here’s the link to the “full” 134MB SP1a for XP:

If you want SP1 (not SP1a), you might be out of luck - the courts made MS take its JVM out of Windows, and so the MSJVM was included with SP1 but removed for SP1a (that’s the only difference between 1 and 1a, BTW).
