I bought Flatout: Ultimate Carnage with the hope of playing online with some dopers, but unfortunately my laptop can’t render the graphics well enough to make it playable.
Can I gift it to someone after the fact or transfer it to another Steam account?
Seems a shame to have paid for it only to have it sit unused when I’m sure there’s someone here who could use it.
