Can I Share My Petition?

I think this issue may have come up before, with me. It was for the Hunger Site.

It is free to click on the Hunger Site. And when I shared it, the moderator said, they had rules concerning posting petitions, but they would allow it this time. I forget the details.

Anyways, I have a new petition, that I actually started. It is with the Petitions Site.

I’ll skip the details, until I know it is alright to post. But the Petition Site said, the best way to get your petition out there, is to share with as many people as possible, including Face Book, Twitter–and, I think, message boards.

As I said, I will await the moderators approval, before going any further.

BTW, I was going to post it in MPSIMS. (I did check the rules of that section of the boards, and they don’t seem to mention petitions. But as I said, I will await the moderators ruling on the matter.)

Also, not that it shouldn’t already be obvious. But this petition doesn’t benefit me economically in any way.

:):)

Send a PM to a moderator of the forum you want it in. We will discuss it and let you know.

Here is a relevant portion of the registration agreement:

Feel free to PM or email the mod of the forum you wish to post to with additional details so they can make a call.

Dude. Simulpost. I want to edit that so mine is on top of yours so bad.

All right!!!

Edit wars!

Re-arrange the order of posts? Can moderators even do that?

Not that I know of* - but there could be super secret powers that no one has told me about. The ritual hazing and initiation hasn’t completed yet

*I know - that can’t be done.

Well, just to update you all on where everything stands now. I just sent a PM sharing the link to Jonathan Chance, Ed Zotti, and Idle Thoughts (the last one, moderator of MPSIMS).

Yeah, does Mr. Zotti even work here anymore? (I was originally just going to send it to two people. That is when it dawned on me Zotti may be unavailable.)

I, or possibly the moderators, will update you all on where things stand, in the near future.

Bone, it’s easy. All you have to do is edit the usernames so that Jonathan Chance is now named Bone, and vice-versa, and then edit both posts to swap the content.

Note that this might have unintended side effects.

Competitive modding.

I like this idea.

Ed does post here, but he may just leave the deciding to Jonathan Chance and Idle Thoughts.

Wagering allowed?

Deregulation of the justice system to promote competition.
If you want to really get with the zeitgeist, contract out to private security companies?

So you can lick your jackboots but not wear them yet? :stuck_out_tongue:

Do NOT cross the streams:eek:

How would anyone know if it was OK or not without the details?

I don’t think that we ordinary mortals get to make the decision: it’s up to the Gods in Valhalla (AKA the Mods) to say yea or nay.

Exactly. “Anyone” includes the mods.

But the gods/mods find out from Jim B’s PM.

Indeed we did. And now I’m going to close this because we’ve responded.
