Can I upgrade to 1060 dual slot with this mobo?

I’ve been looking to maybe buy this 1060 6gb card ( http://www.manli.com/en/products/nvidia_graphics_cards/gallardo_series/products/92 ) and the requirements are, in short 1. Bus Type PCI-Express 3.0 2. (if you open the datasheet image at the end of the page) “PCI-Express compliant motherboard with one dual width x16 graphics slot

The motherboard I have is a oldish h61mlv3 v8.0 ( http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=685#overview ) , in the specification tab it says:

EXPANSION SLOT 1 x PCI-E 3.0 x16 Slot(supported by Core i5 -3xxx / Core i7 3xxx CPU) 1 x PCI-E 2.0 x1 Slot

…and if you go to the download section and download the manual pdf, which is in a zip file, you once again get something that says “PCI-E gen 3 x16 slot (depending on cpu)” and “pcie gen2 x1 slot” , then on the other side it says “supports pcie gen2/3 x16 expansion card

I don’t see any mention of the word dual slot and even the word gpu, at the moment I have a entry level Radeon 7730 2gb ddr3, so a GPU is supported obviously, but I have no idea if a 1060 would be or not. If not, what about the 1050 Ti?

“dual slot” is a bit misleading; the card doesn’t need to physically plug into two PCIe slots. it means the card’s cooling system is big enough such that it blocks the PCI/PCIe slot next to it (if it has one,) and takes two “slot” cutouts in the rear of the case.

the card will plug into (and probably work) with your mainboard, but your case will have to have more than two bays for expansion cards.

The case has several, like 5 or 6 identical rectangular holes like the one used by the GPU at the moment, those are probably all slots, so I guess that I am more than safe with that, the case is from 2008 and is the only thing I never changed. I am just not sure about the height of the card maybe interfering with other components on the motherboard (there’s a picture of it on the website above)

I looked, I don’t see a single thing on that board which would interfere with the 1060. the “bulk” of the 1060 (the cooler) is going to hang over past the bottom edge of the mainboard; nothing there at all.
