My husband is active duty military, and we live and own our house in Missouri. But we’re legal residents of Arkansas. We have voted via absentee ballot in the past, but I’m wondering if we would be allowed to vote here, since we do own property and live here. I’d rather vote here, since MO is swingier than AR.
Register to vote there, and you can vote there. If you have an ID with your MO address on it. I’m not sure when the deadline is for MO.
