does anybody know whether para/quadraplegics actually “get it up” if so can they ejaculate??
I’m not sure if this is a troll or not, but I’ll answer. Yes, but not like physically able people. A friend of mine is in wheel chair and he takes a medicinal liquid sort of like Viagra, to get an erection. He, of course, has no feeling in his penis, but since sex is mainly mental he can orgasm.

I think it depends on the nature of the damage to the spinal cord/nerves. I read an account of a classmate of mine in college who was wheelchair bound without the use of his legs who was able to perform intercourse.
I am under the impression that Ron Kovic (sp?) cannot get an erection as a result of his injury. I am basing this on the movie Born on the 4th of July so I might be wrong.
