Can someone define "Cultural Marxism" Please?

Sadly, I haven’t seen that movie. Obviously, I should.

Nevertheless, it is not a common phrase in the U.S. or Britain and the only sources of the phrase on this board have been a couple of xenophobic haters from Scandinavia, (one poster and one terrorist in the news).

If you would like to begin using the phrase with any regularity, feel free to do so, but recognize that you are, then, choosing to associate your own identity with that of extremists who have demonstrated no serious grasp of reality.

(And using the phrase to indicate that there are shadowy forces imposing “political correctness”–whatever definition you choose to impose on that silly phrase–simply marks one as further unconnected with reality.)

I’m sure they were nice people, what I was getting at was that their political judgement should indeed be put in question. After all, there was the Moscow show trials and many other reasons for why the absolute majority of the western left rejected Stalinism. We shouldn’t feel obligated to afford their views the same fair hearing that we’d give a social-democrat or mainstream conservative.

And today with everything we know there’s certainly no reason whatsoever why we should afford every proponent of Stalinism, Maoism or Nazism a fair hearing. The same goes for proponents of extreme hard-line anti-abortion, anti-government and xenophobia: their preferred way of going about things has already been shown to result in violence, murder and suffering.

IOW, we no longer need to reply to Kautsky… It is far easier to simply declare that ‘Kautsky is an enemy of the people’ and go do something productive.

This the bit that makes my head explode. There is some secret, shadowy cabal of people who have plotted and infiltrated the media and government for decades, and their only goal is to make people be nice to one another?

what does this mean?

is because Kautsky was denounced by Lenin?

No, no, no. Forcing people to be nice to each other is just one of their methods. Their goal is to overturn the God given social order and enslave white males by taking away their freedom to have a socially and government backed advantage over all other groups.

So a black lesbian will head the world government, and force white men to lick her jackboots? Sounds like a good plot for a porn movie

Yes, if I’m not mistaken, thats what Lenin said to explain why he denounced Kautsky (rather than just wrote a pamphlet arguing how Kautsky was wrong on policy).

One of the libertarians at over A League of Ordinary Gentlemen dropped that quote in an exchange we had and i understood it to be considered an illustration of the virtues (and dangers) of “naming and shaming” instead of arguing on the merits.

My understanding of Lenin’s thought was that he could choose to engage Kautsky, and then Kautsky would respond, this back and forth would go on forever and few people would be in a position to determine who was right on the merits. Instead Lenin could use his authority to ostracize Kautsky and achieve his end goal without spending a lot of time and effort.

The drawback being it all ended up in show trials and summary executions I suppose…

The Cultural Marxism that can be defined is not the true Cultural Marxism.

Well, it does sound awfully suspicious.

From the ever reliable Pat Buchanan…

I believe Canada still has a Communist Party and a Marxist-Leninist Party, one of which is Revisionist and the other anti-Revisionist. I don’t know who belongs to these parties, and whether they know what it is that their party stands for. (Neither party has any influence at all.)

Pat Buchanan?! Is he still alive?!

Dead or alive, Buchanan deserves his very own Pitting.

  • Political correctness is an antidemocratic repressive totalitarian-style ideology, all wrapped up in deceiving altruism, with an underlying purpose of dismantling European traditions, cultures and identities, through massive immigration.

  • Political correctness is responsible for a huge number of killed people, not only by the rise in crime levels and the pressure on public healthcare, but also the lives of refugees who could have been spared if the aiding resources were used in a more cost efficient way (by giving more help to UNHCR instead of giving generous benefits to immigrants).

  • Political correctness is therefore just the opposite of altruism. It kills more people than it saves! Not surprisingly, political correctness is the tool used by cultural Marxists in their effort to create EUSSR/USASSR.

That said, it is important for me to underline the following: Remember to never give in to terrorists. Do not ever let a mass murderer like Anders “Beijing” Behrvik hijack cool buzzwords like “Cultural Marxism” and EUSSR/USASSR!

I sometimes wonder if this xeno"phobia" (mental disease) has anything to do with the recessive genes of the Northern Europeans, since it never manifests itself in South Koreans, Japanese or Israelis.

Why? Who stands to gain, and how?

I sometimes wonder if you can read. This has been addressed in depth in other threads you have participated in. It is agreed by more or less everyone that South Koreans and Japanese are among the most xenophobic people in the world.

Israel, not so much, at least from the perspective of an outsider.

Sorry. Too late.

this:

and not:

In fact, apart from avoidance of words like “wetbacks” and “illegals,” it has little to do with immigration at all.

Nor has it anything to do with Cultural Marxism, which is:

That is, a school of academic criticism, as opposed to a political movement or strategy.

All clear now?

But it is now way past the point where I consider you to be a proven racist and online racism promoter, RaleighRally. Furthermore you’ve promoted this conspiracy theory of Cultural Marxism on these very boards - you introduced it here afaik - the very same theory that made Breivik try to blow up his government and then in cold blood murder seventy teenagers point blank.

At this point, why should we even give fair consideration to what you’re on about, especially when you start rambling about “EUSSR/USASSR”?

If you wish to claim that you are merely sick, I will let you, but I will also note that xenophobia is rather commonly attributed to the Koreans and Japanese. That you claim to be unaware of that fact simply indicates that you are not nearly as informed about the world as you have pretended in these threads. (As noted by others, Israel does not really fit into your fantasies.)
