We should focus 100% on finding out who the leaker is rather than on what was leaked or whether Hunter Biden is actually guilty of something. That’s how this works, right?
I know what you’re getting at, but I’m saying that at this point, the leaker is the only one who’s broken the law.
If a grand jury issues indictments, then Hunter Biden should be charged and prosecuted – as would any other defendant. He’s still entitled to the secrecy of the grand jury.
