Can someone help me find info on this? (Moving wallpaper)

I know I’ve seen articles on computerised, moving wallpaper - it was touted as a new thing for restaurants and clubs, but I think the context I saw it in was more along the lines of “Look at this cool new art form we’re showing in our gallery!”.

Now, I’m not talking about desktop wallpaper. I mean real, on-the-wall, decorate-the-room wallpaper. But every time I try to express this to google, all I get are sites offering me desktop wallpaper downloads.

Can someone help me out, here? Do you have a link to an article about the wallpaper, and the artists? Are there some keywords I’m just not thinking of? I want to mention it in a story I’m writing, but to be honest, I know very little about it.

I found light emitting wallpaper, LED wallpaper, and heat sensitive wallpaper, plus something called lifetiles, or scanimation.

The LED wallpaper looks closest to what I’m thinking of…when I originally saw the documentary on it, I remember the patterns being a lot more fluid, not just the lights I can see in that article. Thanks, though - “LED wallpaper” is a much better starting point than I had before!

I remember an episode of “That 70s Show” when the kids were all getting high down in Foreman’s basement, then Eric’s parents called him upstairs to talk to him about something, and the whole time they were talking, the diamond pattern wallpaper in the kitchen was moving around all over the place.

But that’s probably not what you’re talking about.
