A couple years ago I was watching this anime, I think it was called
oguwashiwallyma(spelled by what I rponounced it like) legend of the overfiend or overlord or landlord or something like that, I think there was a character named Himi that was a little girl…alot of violence. Anyone got a clue?

Yes you can.
Whether you would want to, however, is another matter.
I don’t think there’s an “official” English version, but there are bootleg versions with fan-written subtitles floating around. If you go to a shop specializing in Anime (Man from Atlantis in Harvard Square, if you’re in the Boston area, for example), they may have copies available for sale or rent.

You sure can buy it–the legal R1 release too. The best way would be Central Park Media’s Perfect Collection release. 60 bucks MSRP, 40 bucks at DVD Planet. Can’t comment on the actual show, as I’ve never seen it and have no real desire to any time soon.
