Can we not flame SunGazer to death? OK?

He didn’t use the magic Sovereign Citizen methods of identifying himself and putting forth his legal claims to having his ID deleted.

The Pit is entirely the wrong forum for this thread, since the flag over in the corner has a fringe on it, which means that we have no authority over SunGazer.

Man overboard!

Under my Malevolent, er, Benificent Rule, they will be provided their own series of Homes for the Terminally Stupid.

On ships (suiting that whole Admiralty thing).

In space (so they’re not on my damned planet)

Without engines.

On a slow decaying orbit into the sun.

While I promise that they will be illuminated on their errors.

Yes, we should keep him around so that we may learn how repeated staring into the sun will improve our eye sight and eventually lead to freedom from food and freedom from the need to take a shit.

Let him fight our ignorance!! See post 31.

I am so tired of wearing glasses and having to take a shit that it just might owrk!!

Sorry for the typo, I’m ty[ing blind here.

My future’s so bright, I don’t have to wear shades.

I don’t quite get this. The US is a republic, not a democracy - but who cares? What does that have to do with partisan anything?

I thought we were an autonomous collective.

Mama always told me not to look in to the eyes of the sun,
But mama, that’s where the fun is.

You’re fooling yourself.

Come see the violence inherent in the system!

Help! Help! I’m being repressed!

You’re not being repressed. The ficticious ‘you’ created by the state is being repressed.

If you’re lucky, you’ll be used as collateral on the public debt. Maybe to a nice little country with chocolate and mountains.

Did you see him repressing me? You saw it didn’t you?

This is way crazier than I thought :dubious:

The US is a republic and a democracy. Democracy has more than one meaning (and so does republic).

Can we do it till he needs glasses?

What, are you afraid of what you’d find if you took a look inside?

Well, by law, it self-identifies as a republic. But I hear what you’re saying, and I don’t think calling it a democracy is necessarily incorrect - I just think republic is more appropriate, especially when it repeatedly defines itself as such.

If you have a cite where the US government states that it is a democracy in an official government document, I’d be interested in seeing it, particularly if it differentiates itself from a republic in doing so, as the the above Act of Congress does in the converse.
