I am a porn producer. This isn’t a joke, an exaggeration, or a lie, just the simple truth. This weekend I had my first squirting model, and I stood there in slack-jawed amazement as I filmed. Everybody else on the set was pretty impressed, too. She brought herself to multiple orgasms, and each time there was a discharge, sometimes a really substantial one. Just would like to chime in.
It’s real. . . and it’s fake.
I couldn’t give you an exact number, but 99% of “squirting” porn is just an excuse for female-themed watersports that can escape the obscenity police. It’s obvious in these videos that the “ejaculate” in question is just good ol’ fashioned urine. It’s usually obscured by a vigorously massaging hand (which adds to the “spraying everywhere” effect), but sometimes they don’t even fake it.
Also, IIRC, some actresses douche with water, then the scene cuts to them spraying “ejaculate” from their bodies. This is the “firehose” effect seen in many a porn, although personally I believe it’s less common today (most gonzo porn I see these days just goes straight for the urine with little pretense).
Now, that said. . . the phenomenon is real, and some women do “ejaculate.” But with very, very few exceptions, I doubt any porn catches this-- it’s just a flood of extra fluid at/near the moment of orgasm, the same stuff that lubricates the vagina during arousal. In sufficient quantities and force of ejection, I’m sure it looks similar (actually, I enjoyably know it looks similar :)) to the first spurts of urine, but that’s it, it’s not a giant seconds-long flow.

As for the third point… come on. When has porn ever taught anyone about how things really work? From a physiological standpoint, I can’t imagine that a woman could ejaculate more than a man could, and that leaves you with a teaspoon or two.
There is also something called ‘orgasmic incontinence’ which is involuntary urination during orgasm. So she could be urinating but not ‘faking’ anything.
