I was going to guess a very fancy toilet/bidet (like those in Japan), but I clicked the link and smacked myself for not figuring it out. Mine has a remote, too.
So does the button in the bottom right do anything?

That or a Sybian sorta device was my first WAG as well. Based on the pic being so closely cropped and at least some of the button labels.
But then I squinted to read “fungusproof” and that was a buzzkill 
for that idea.
I’m sure some grody sex toys have fungus on them, but for sure that’s not a good thing.
