I think she’s Italian, and I think the pic is from the 70s or 80s.

It’s also kind of a fucked up movie. I posted a thread about it years ago. All I could remember about it was the daughter drowning, and the dwarf in the red raincoat. I saw it as a kid, and it freaked me out.

Don’t Look Now was a British-Italian production and set in Venice, so that might explain why the O.P. thought she was Italian.
