I’ve tried several sites that claim to help identify prescription drugs, but they aren’t much help.
The pill is smallish, about the diameter of a pencil eraser.
Pale blue.
One side has a single score.
The other side reads MYLAN A1.
It is allegedly a benzodiazepine (who knows which one?), but I’ve seen a lot of pills in that category and I don’t recall seeing this particular one.
Any clues?
Thanks,

The benzodiazepine will calm your conniption
But only take it under doctor’s prescription
The Mylan web site
Gives you something so right
To ID loose pills found in your kiptchen.

Referencing “The Complete Guuide To Pills” 1997 print, the closest I could find was “Dalmane”. The pill is blue, a capsule, and Mylan4430 written on it. The only other pill with MYLAN on it is DIABINESE- used for diabetics.
“Dalmane, (Flurazepan hydrochloride) is a benzodiazepine/sedative-hypnotic. It works by selectively reducing the activity of certain chemicals in the brain. It is used to treat insomnia.”
I have no medical training or knowledge, and I know nothing of this first hand. I just found it in a book. So proceed with caution.
Thanks, El Mariachi Loco. Don’t how I missed that page.
Anyway, it’s what it was supposed to be. Everything’s cool.
I may sleep tonight,

[Homer]Mmmmmmm, benzodiazepines.[/Homer]
If you ever need to identify a pill, call a poison control center and tell them what’s written on it. They have a huge database and should be able to identify any pill you find.
