One of my favorite Thai ingredients is fermented yellow beans. They add a really nice taste to stir fry dishes. It’s a umami taste similar to soy sauce. This got me to thinking that beans in general may ferment into something delicious. So can I transform my green beans into green sauce?
Well green beans are just immature versions of the normal pantry beans we use, Great Northerns are very common for example, so you would probably want to get them grow up first.
