This is from the Original Tony Hawk game.
Its the song that is playing in the Chicago Skate Park. I don’t know exactly what the map is called, but it is the one in chicago. Its an indoor park and one of the features to it is this very large, pool like structure that you can skate in. I’ve always loved the song but I just can’t figure out what it is.
Is this the first map? If it is, the song I remember is “Police Truck” by the Dead Kennedys.

But no, I don’t think it is the first map. The song doesn’t have any lyrics, or atleast I don’t think it does. Its very cool. I know that when I hear it, I immediately think that it belongs in Tomb Raider.
