I wonder if there are delivery range(s) that cover the narrow roads like Deronda at the top where the road ends, where I assume people use driveways to get around traffic in the other direction. It seems like it could take a lot of time or you could always get lucky. I guess if you buy or rent a home up there part of it is lending your driveway to others multiple times a day possibly.
It’s not as bad (or far) as you make it seem, so I don’t see why not. When I was driving taxi I ended up there once or twice, and I don’t recall any problem. It doesn’t help, though, that a lot of tourists go up there thinking they can drive to the sign. But who knows–every pizza place has its own policies.
