Aced it.
But I’m something of a geography buff.
Aced it.
But I’m something of a geography buff.
Holy crap, no.
They can’t revoke your diploma for this, can they?
I noticed that, too.
If it weren’t for stupid Kansas and Nebraska I would’ve gotten a perfect score. For some reason I always want to put Kansas further north. sigh
Failed, not because I didn’t know the states, but because I couldn’t click and drag them to the states in the allotted time.

Vermont is the V-shaped one.
I passed. World geography would just about kill me, though.
Boo.
well … I could pass third grade in Canada, though.
Excellent. The New Hampshire / Vermont mash-up has always been the only weakness in my knowledge of U.S. geography. Now my plan to dominate the world of third-grade geography can proceed apace!
46/48, not bad for a Limey. I got Vermont/NH wrong. Quite pleased to get the Nebraska/Wyoming pair right, because that always makes me hesitate. I somehow imagine that Nebraska is further west than it actually is. And Missouri I can only ever get by eliminating the surrounding states.
48/48 in about a quarter of the alloted time. I’m a nut for maps.
Also, it helps that I’ve driven in pretty much every corner of the continent on bizness. So I’ve had REASON to know this shit, or else I’d be lost.
Hmph, it explains why so many Americans can’t locate most of the worlds capitols!
I passed, and with about 1/2 or a little over time left. My biggest problem was finding the names in the list because I was kind of trying to hurry and kept clicking the wrong name. It also helps that I just drove through Ohio, Ky, Tenn., Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North and South Carolina, plus the Virginias last week. It makes it a lot easier.

I failed, because of those squirrely little New England states. Is there a reason we can’t consolidate that whole sticky-outy bit in the northeast into one unified state? Do we really need Rhode Island?
Most of the world’s capitols are in the USA, aren’t they?
Moron! You don’t learn about the UP until FOURTH grade!
It took me two tries but I got it!
Yeah, boo!
I got Alabama and Mississippi backwards.
Hee. Vermont and New Hampshire are worlds apart, and then there’s Mass.
Well, I got it on my second try, but I think the fact that I spent so much time trying to get the smaller states placed because I couldn’t get the little arrow on the right spot had more to do with poor design of the game than my lack of geographic knowledge. The states should have lit up when they were selected or something, so you could tell what you were dropping the name on. I got everything placed in about a third of the allotted time and then spent the rest of the time trying to get Delaware stuck in there. I felt like a monkey trying to shove a square peg through a round hole.
48 of 48 in about half the time alloted. Why don’t they have a score at the end? I thought I did something wrong.
BTW: I guessed lucky on Vermont. Vermont & NH are the only ones that confuse me.
