Maynard Ferguson was a Canadian jazz trumpeter known for among other things, his ability to play in a very, very high register.
To answer the OP:
No, no I cannot play an octave higher than Maynard Ferguson.
To lower the bar to a more realistic level, please share something that you can do very easily and very, very well whereas your peers cannot do at all or only do with an extreme amount of difficulty._________________________________________________

My example:(During my twenty years of experience in Inventory Integrity I found all but three pieces of serialised inventory which others deemed hopelessly lost forever. (pats self on back)
These three pieces of inventory in question were very old machines that were not included on a mass warehouse physical scrap list. Most of the warehouse workers working this scrap list were Subject Matter Experts but a few were not initiated for this task. The generally accepted conclusion for this loss was that three pieces of inventory were erroneously physically scrapped by the not initiated warehouse workers even though these these three pieces in question were not on the list…
These items physically scrapped on this mass scrap were loaded onto a huge dumpster that was emptied same day, so we most liikely never know what became of these three pieces in question.)
Phew, that was too long and I need to catch my breath now.
