Can you really burn fat specifically in one part of the body?

Well… with a blow torch…

Yeah. Why put the fat back?

(because bacon)

You’ve been beaten to the punch.

The body scavvs fat cells for energy, whenever there is not enough energy in the foods that are being digested. The body scavvs fat cells from the extremities first, and the stomach and buttocks last. So, through diet and exercise you can get real lean in your arms and legs, but need much more work to get the waistline down to where you want it to be.

And after all of that dieting and exercising, you might want to go out and celebrate with a pound of bacon and some curly fries. Well if you do that you bloat up back to your fat self before you get up from the meal.

“Scavvs”?

WAG-slang for scavenge (use).

Aside from Coolsculpting, there’s also radiofrequency fat reduction. It doesn’t seem to work as well, but there’s some evidence it may work a little.

Eat smaller portions, while still getting a full and balanced diet. Don’t stop eating breads or vegetables or meats, or whatever, just eat normal but in the quantity that your body is telling you that you need.

Lift heavy, to create hypertrophy of the muscles that are in places where you’re too thin to allow for a balanced look.
