I’m a whiner. I start whining at that temp (not if its snowing out but -20 plus wind chill and I no likes.)

I need to add a bit of Quebecois culture to this:

Signs that it’s -60 (with windchill): Snowmen have moved indoors, the squeegee punks aren’t at work, and even the pigeons have effed off.

For warmer regions like Dubai, 40C is a key temperature meaning “average daily high” during the summer.
