The only good thing one can say about English government is it’s still better than the other two options.
Given the mess that both the Americans and Brits have made of politics these days, I’ll keep our current government, thank you. The worst scandal they can up with (and it has been the lead on every CBC news broadcast for the last month) concerns a Canadian company bribing Libyan officials to get a construction contract and the Prime Minister trying to mix in the case for political reasons, not to line his pocket.
