Canon Pixma MX850 All in One Printer, Power?

Is the US model 110v only or does it have a 100-240 universal power supply?

I’ve done the google and read reviews, seen the Cannon USA web site, haven’t seen a power requirement listing. HPs are multi-voltage, Brothers tend not to be, so I need to a specification. If you have a similar model Cannon (US), that would help too.

Best way to find out this sort of thing is to google for the manual (PDF). That doc has a Specifications section which says:

Power supply AC 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz

So it looks like you’re golden.
BTW, I have a similar Canon model and while it works great, one thing that’s really stoopid is that if it detects an empty ink cartridge, it won’t do anything, including scanning, until you replace it. Even though scanning doesn’t use any ink. :rolleyes: Other than that, though, it’s fantastic.
