My wife and I have been trying to figure this weirdness out for the six years that we have lived in this town.
There is a Christmas time craft fair every year. It is named “Beyond the Unicorn II”. The logo is a unicorn, with Saturn for its ass, and the earth impaled on it’s horn. And the unicorn has a goatee.
What the fuck does this mean? I’m guessing it was started in 1979 by stoned hippies selling homemade bongs and hacky sacks. I can’t imagine what “Beyond the Unicorn I” was like, sad I missed that craft fair.

Can’t help you there. You might try asking Marie Gelineau, who organises it.
It appears as though the unicorn’s horn has cracked the earth right open at the North Pole. And his back has zebra stripes on it.
That’s not a unicorn; it’s a zebra with a serious head injury.
“It’s a vortex, Charlie!”
I clicked the other link, instead of the OP’s.
That is a fugly picture and it makes no sense other than a wandering mind doing a doodle.
The OP’s link says the craft fair is presented by the Springfield High School Alumni Association. The wikipedia page for Springfield High School says their mascot is “Cosmos.” Of course, that’s a pretty ambiguous (and weird) sounding mascot, but it might explain the ringed ass of the unicorn and the impaled Earth. It still does not explain the unicorn itself…
