Caprese stuffed portobellos

Mrs. L.A. is on call today, but if she doesn’t mind a bit of garlic I’ll make these tonight.

Caprese stuffed portobellos with butter and garlic

There aren’t enough cherry tomatoes on the vines, so I’ll use the bigger tomatoes from the other plant. I have fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.

In case anyone is interested, they were very good. I made plenty of balsamic vinegar reduction, so I should have put more on. But I was hungry.
