Car enthusiasts, how is the Lexus RX re-branded in your country?

In Japan, where I reside, the Toyota Harrier is sold overseas as a Lexus RX (or so I am told). But on the roads here I also see Lexus RXs, and they look much snazzier than the Harriers. So I wonder if the real Lexus RXs are also sold overseas, and if so, under what model name would they be sold?

The RX is one of the first models to be sold in Japan as a Lexus-branded car.

According to the Wiki page (which is usually pretty accurate on automotive minutea like this), it sounds like the Harrier was a JDM-only nameplate: Toyota Harrier - Wikipedia

Apparently the deal was that from 98 to 2008 the Harrier was basically a re-badged RX since Japan didn’t have the Lexus brand, but when they did the generation update in 2008 they were selling Lexus there and so they dropped the Harrier name in favor of the Lexus RX. But now they’ve brought back the Harrier name for an entirely separate SUV unrelated to the RX.
