I’m currently stuck on 16 (no password junkie here, I figured it out fair and semi-square). Same deal with the one unlit bulb, I’m positive it has something to do with the double mirror, I just don’t know what yet.
As for Level 11, I’ll start you off with a hint, and if you need help later, I’ll prolly end up revealing the whole puzzle.
WARNING
You know that first section, bottom bulb that we couldn’t get lit a few hours ago, you need to light it up first. Use a normal mirror to right angle the laser into that bulb. Then use the 45 degree mirror to angle the laser through the first hole. The rest falls into place once you realize where the splitter belongs.

Hey, level 14 is screwy! The instructions tell you not to cross any bulb with two or more beams, yet I had the center bulb crossed by three beams and it lit, completing the level. What up with that?

Hey there, Drawing Boy. Here’s a hint/the solution for level Four.
Use a splitter to hit the lightbulb in the upper left hand corner. There will be a beam shooting down to the lower right corner. Stick a splitter in there so that a beam hits the bulb near the bottom of the screen. You’ll have a beam now shooting up to the right of the screen. Place another splitter there so it shoots off and lights the last two remaining bulbs.
