REPLYING TO OBLIO: (I’m not sure where or how this particular message should get posted, so I’ll post it here, as well as I posted it as “reply” following your reply to my posting about castor oil. In short, thanks! Great! Still, I continue to look for specific, direct, explanatory reference to valued nutritional properties and dosgae(s) for dietary supplementation. Because it’s so cathartic at 2 tablespoonfuls, without the specific nonmedicinal reference I can’t assume it has a history of serious use (by itself, not with elixers) for vitamin/nutritional value. Any comments?
