I keep seeing ads for this shirt, which features a cute cartoon of an orang-and-white cat. The face looks very familiar. Is the image they used original? Or was the character taken from somewhere; and if so, where?
(And no, I’m not buying the shirt.

It looks a lot like a Louis Wain cat from his early, commercial work.
Searching on his name and ‘cat’, I’m not seeing anything that looks similar.
Reminds me of Figaro in Disney’s Pinocchio.
