No, I’ve been very, very lucky. After being a kibitzer in 2013, and coming up with a goose egg in 2014, I’m surprised as hell to be at the top of the list, and I fully expect one of you guys will supplant me sooner or later.

As you may recall, Adams had a longer lifespan (90 years, 247 days) than any other President from George Washington through Richard Nixon. But now four consecutive Presidents - Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Bush Sr. - have all lived longer than Adams.
