Like I said, at a New Year’s Eve party and had the realization I hadn’t posted a list. Haste, distraction, and champagne.
Well, it’s done. RTFirefly wins the 2019 DeathPool, with 343 points. That’s just four points ahead of GIGObuster. Quite an amazing run this year!

phungi got the Final Hours award, for picking Peter Frates.
The Quantity, not Quality Award goes to Registered at Last, for eight picks… They were also in third place, a scant ten points behind the winner.
The Inside Track with the Grim Reaper award goes to Cazzle, who, at 25th place, had three unique picks.

I’m still kind of amazed that I won, especially this year after starting off real slow! And spending the last two months just four points ahead of GIGObuster and ten ahead of Registered At Last, where a single additional death on either of their lists (other than the picks that overlapped with mine) would have put one or the other in the lead. In particular, I thought for sure that Lee Kerslake on (GIGO’s list) wouldn’t see 2020. I notice that I’m far from the only one who’s got Kerslake on their 2020 list. 
Baker, who won the ‘Robbing the Cradle’ award? Was it a tie among the 15 of us who had Fatima Ali?

I finally won [1/15th of] something!! 
I’m a bit thrilled about getting the Inside Track with the Reaper award. I’ve played, poorly, every year since 2001 and this is my best ever outcome.
