Celebrity JEOPARDY - 4/15/10

I love Celebrity Jeopardy. It’s the only time I can get 95% of the answers (questions) correct. I can’t even do that on Kiddie Jeopardy.

But how could they not have known “Obla Dee Obla Da”? Neil Patrick Harris, at least, seems quite musically literate.

And who the heck was the woman? Rebecca?

Neil Patrick Harris was on Celebrity Jeopardy and I was not informed?!? Somebody will pay for this oversight.

I only caught the end of Double Jeopardy and Final jeopardy. I expected NPH to at least know the Beatles song. I thought it was way too easy, but then I’m older than all of them.

I think the woman was an athelete, I want to say she’s in the WNBA but I can’t think of her full name.

ETA: Googling Rebecca, WNBA and Rebecca says I’m right about that and her last name is Lobo.

He won, so he will be back for the semi-finals, keep your eyes open.

Rebecca Lobo is a former WNBA soon-to-be-hall of famer and is a color analyst for ESPN.

Rebecca was a WNBA player. Hell, I missed Oh-la-di, oh-bla-da funny how that life goes on.

{Steepled fingers}Excellent.

I caught a bit of it, when I was there Neil had like $19,000, the lady had $9,000 and the other guy had $0.

The Final Jep category was “Beatles Songs”. NPH’s answer was “Let it Be”, which was the best guess considering the clue contained the phrase “life goes on.” But still…

Up yours Trebek!

Boy. He was Horrible.

“The other guy” (Hill?) kept ringing in on questions about what actors played TV roles, but could never spit out the answers in time. He also kept guessing (wrong) on the name origins of the 13 colonies.

It did take me a second on the final clue. My thought process was “OK, what Beatles song title isn’t in English… lessee, the clue is “life goes on” … :smack: duh.”

NPH was also on Celebrity Jeopardy back in 2006. 1, 2, 3, 4.
