Celebrity Lookalikes

I’ve been told I look like Gillian Anderson (by my mother), and Kate Winslet (by my sister), I can see Gillian Anderson more than Kate Winslet, I think my sister was smoking crack.

While I was at work the other day, I ran into a resident physician who looked EXACTLY like the guy who played Doogie Howser, M.D. I had to bite in the inside of my cheek to keep from laughing. I also had a coworker that bore a striking resemblance to Sarah Michelle Gellar (that’s Buffy, right? I get the young actresses with three names mixed up constantly) but only with short red hair.

Then there was the guy I had a crush on in high school that looked exactly like a young Conan O’Brien. I always do go for the dorky ones.

There’s a girl in the Star Wars fan club here who looks so much like Scully, it’s scary. She’s a blonde, though. If she dyed her hair (and for all I know she has done that before) she’d be the best damned Scully lookalike the world has ever seen.

I’ve gotten a few over the years, I change looks alot.
Some that I can recall getting more than a couple times:

Sophia Loren
Rita Moreno
Isabella Rosellini(this may be the most frequent)
I can only hope the above references were them in younger days, even though they all look great.
Winona Ryder

And a few years ago there was a commercial, I think it was cologne, I can’t remember the name, but ALOT of people swore I was the girl in it.

Other than when my friend started calling this other girl Megan because she too had blue eyes and short brown hair, I’ve never been said to look like anyone. Well, other than those Robaxacet marionettes.

And this, I like. I much prefer to be me than a Class B version of somebody else.

Thank you genetics.

He may get annoyed at me for saying this, but my first thought upon meeting beatle was that he looks like Harvey Keitel.

Way back when Molly Ringwald was big, everyone used to say I looked like her. I even got a job once b/c the owner of the place had a crush on her. Thank god that’s over.
These days its either Scully (its the red hair) or Drew Barrymore. Anyone who tells me I look like is my best friend

“Anyone who tells me I look like drew” That should have read. Finish post then hit submit. I get it now.

Looking at the website makes me wonder which morbid wierdo wants a Princess Di look-a-like at a party anyway.

I’ve been told that I look like Jim Carrey by three different people in the past six months. The last guy who mentioned it said that we have the same hair, to which I replied, “Jim Carrey in ‘Ace Ventura?’ Jim Carrey in ‘The Mask?’ ‘Dumb and Dumber?’ ‘Batman and Robin?’ …”

Incidentally, while watching “David Letterman” last night, I noticed that my girlfriend resembles (to me, anyway) Kim Basinger in the eyes, hair, and maybe the cheekbones. Yay for me!

Weird, I don’t think beatle looks anything like Harvey Keitel.

Beatle’s personality is totally different from the characters Keitel usually plays. But (in my opinion anyway) the physical resemblance is uncanny.

One of my substitute teachers in rural Missouri looked EXACTLY like Tom Berenger (starred in The Substitute, oddly enough…), and the FedEx pilot that rented our house in Memphis was Steve Martin with a different name. I kid you not - I thought my mom was exaggerating, but I stopped in my tracks. Even down to the voice.
